At Lamya Noire, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Be unwashed.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Gift cards
• Personalised or customised products
• Items showing signs of wear or washing

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Lamya Noire cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
